Baric Engineering

Manufacturing Capabilities

A fully integrated facility, from forming to final inspection.

Every vessel that leaves Baric Engineering passes through six core stages of in-house manufacturing, each backed by advanced equipment and rigorous process control.

Hot spinning process

01 · Forming

Hot Spinning

Our hot spinning process shapes vessel heads and end caps with exceptional precision, forming seamless, structurally sound closures up to 500 mm in diameter.

This controlled thermal-forming technique eliminates weld seams at critical stress points, enhancing the strength and longevity of every vessel we produce.

02 · Forming

Roll Forming

Heavy-duty plate rolling equipment allows us to form cylindrical shells from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum plate up to 30 mm in wall thickness.

Precise roll control ensures consistent radius and roundness across the full length of each shell, a critical foundation for vessel integrity under pressure.

03 · Joining

Welding

Our welding team applies advanced, industry-qualified processes to join every seam and fitting to pressure vessel code standards.

Combined with rigorous in-process controls, this ensures consistent weld quality and full structural integrity across every product line.

04 · Thermal Treatment

Furnace Stress-Relieving

After forming and welding, vessels undergo controlled furnace stress-relieving to eliminate residual internal stresses introduced during fabrication.

This thermal treatment stabilizes the material structure, extending service life and ensuring dependable performance under repeated pressure cycles.

05 · Finishing

Oven-Cured Coating

Every vessel receives an oven-baked coating finish, providing long-term protection against corrosion and environmental wear.

The curing process produces a durable, uniform finish suited to demanding industrial and outdoor environments.

06 · Quality Assurance

NDT Quality Inspection

Before leaving our facility, every vessel undergoes rigorous non-destructive testing, including ultrasonic (UT) and radiographic (X-ray) inspection.

These quality checks verify weld integrity and material soundness, ensuring each product meets the safety standards our industry demands.
